Session requester broke rule of Document Interchange Architecture.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A command that is not allowed (the document interchange session was in the IDLE/SRRRS state) was received. A Document Interchange Architecture Acknowledge command is the only command allowed.
Recovery . . . : See the Document Interchange Architecture: Technical Reference, SC23-0781, for help. If the problem occurs again, use the ANZPRB command to analyze the problem.
