Session requester broke Document Interchange Architecture rule.

Cause . . . . . : The session requester sent the LU6.2 change direction indicator (TRNRND command) without sending user data when user data was expected.
Recovery . . . : See the Document Interchange Architecture: Transaction Programmer's Guide, SC23-0763, for help. If the problem occurs again, use the ANZPRB command to analyze the problem.
