Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *MAIL or *CHG cannot be specified for the document library object (DLO) parameter if any of the following parameters is specified:
-- Folder (FLR)
-- Target release (TGTRLS)
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify DLO(*MAIL) or DLO(*CHG), and do not specify the FLR or TGTRLS parameters.
-- Specify a different value for the DLO parameter.
