Function not available because mail log conversion not completed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested function is not available because the mail log conversion has not been successfully completed.
Recovery . . . : Have the system operator enter the Initialize System (INZSYS) command. No user should be using OfficeVision for OS/400 while this command is used, and the QSNADS subsystem should be ended.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Mail logs must be converted to use index objects instead of queue objects.
