Both distribution expiration date and time must be specified.

Cause . . . . . : To change the distribution expiration date and time, you need to specify both distribution expiration date and time.
Recovery . . . : To set the distribution expiration date and time, specify a setting other than *SAME for both the distribution expiration date and time. To keep from changing the distribution expiration date and time, specify *SAME for both the distribution expiration date and time parameters.
