Recovery canceled for network interface &3 or line &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system was attempting to recover from an error on network interface &3, line &1, communications handle &2, when the error recovery procedure was canceled.
Recovery . . . : Ensure communications handle &2 associated with line &1 is disabled (QOLDLINK program), and do one of the following:
-- See the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) for messages that indicate the reason for the error. Correct any errors if necessary.
-- Vary off and then vary on the communications objects associated with communications handle &2 using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command.
-- If the error is a line error, issue the resume line recovery (RSMLINRCY) command on line &1.
-- If the error is a network interface error, issue the resume network interface recovery (RSMNWIRCY) command on network interface &3.
Then, enable network interface &3, line &1 (QOLELINK program) and try the request again.
