Based-on physical file not DDM file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When adding a remote logical file member, the DTAMBRS parameter specified the file &1 in library &2, which is not a distributed data management (DDM) file.
Recovery . . . : Change the the name of the based-on file on the DTAMBRS parameter to specify a DDM file. If the DDM file does not already exist, create it (CRTDDMF command), and then try the request again.
