Library not available on DDM target system &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request to process remote file &5 on system &4 using Distributed Data Management (DDM) file &2 in library &3 failed because the library for the remote file is temporarily not available. The target system job is &6.
Recovery . . . : Check the messages in job or error logs on the target system. Correct any errors, and try the request again.
