Suspended document &1 not restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Document &1 in folder &2 was suspended before it was saved. Document &3 in folder &4 on the system is not suspended. The document cannot be restored.
Recovery . . . : If document &3 in folder &4 is the desired document, then no action is necessary.
To restore the suspended document, use the Delete Document Library Object (DLTDLO) command to delete document &3 in folder &4, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When the folder value is *NONE, then the document name is a system object name of a document that may or may not be in a folder.
A document is suspended by specifying STG(*FREE) on the Save Document Library Object (SAVDLO) command.
