Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Distribution sent from user &1 at &2 was not saved. The distribution was sent on &3 with the description &4. If the user, date, or description is *N, the distribution cannot be identified by the system. '&5' is the system object name of the distribution tracking object (DTO) associated with this distribution.
Recovery . . . : Press F10 or use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the previously listed messages for more information. Correct the errors and try the request again.
