REFCHGTIME not allowed with REFCHGDATE(*SAVDLOALL).

Cause . . . . . : When *SAVDLOALL is specified for the last changed date (REFCHGDATE) parameter, values cannot be specified for the last changed time (REFCHGTIME) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a different value for the REFCHGDATE parameter.
-- Do not specify the REFCHGTIME parameter.
-- Specify DLO(*CHG) to save changes since the last complete Save Document Library Objects (SAVDLO) command was run. Mail will also be saved.
