Object name or type is not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Could not create object &2.&3 into directory &1.LIB. Either the object name &2 is not a valid system name, or the object type *&3 can not be created by this operation.
Recovery . . . : Correct the name to a valid system name, or correct the object type to one that may be created in a library by the QSYS.LIB or independent ASP QSYS.LIB file system, and try the request again. More information on names and generic names can be found in the CL Reference manual.
