Requirements not satisfied between parameters SERVER and NBRSVR.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Number of server daemons (NBRSVR) parameter has been specified with a SERVER parameter other than SERVER(*SVR) or SERVER(*ALL). The NBRSVR parameter can only be used with SERVER(*SVR) or SERVER(*ALL).
Recovery . . . : Either change the SERVER parameter to SERVER(*SVR) or SERVER(*ALL), or do not specify a value for the NBRSVR parameter. Then try the request again.
