Requirements not satisfied between parameters SERVER and RTVRPCREG.

Cause . . . . . : The Retrieve RPC registration (RTVRPCREG) parameter has been specified with a SERVER parameter other than SERVER(*RPC) or SERVER(*ALL). The RTVRPCREG parameter can only be used with SERVER(*RPC) or SERVER(*ALL)
Recovery . . . : Either change the SERVER parameter to SERVER(*RPC) or SERVER(*ALL), or do not specify a value for the RTVRPCREG parameter. Then try the request again.
