Error formatting storage space &2 for server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error code &4 was received while attempting to format storage space &2 for server &1 using drive letter &3.
Recovery . . . : No action is required to correct this condition. The monitor job retries the format option 3 times. After 3 failures, formatting the storage space will not attempted again until the Network Server Description has been varied off and then varied on again. Note that the disk is not available for use until the format has completed successfully. If the error persists and the storage space cannot be formatted, report the problem to IBM service.
