Error starting service &3 for server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error code &4 was received while attempting to start server &1. The monitor job attempts to restart the service every 30 seconds. To view any other errors related to the monitor job, use the Display Job (DSPJOB) command to look at the entries logged for monitor job &2.
Recovery . . . : No action is required to correct this condition, as the monitor job will continue to try to start the service. If the error persists, try to correct the error by using the End Job (ENDJOB) command to end monitor job &2. Using the Work with Network Server Status (WRKNWSSTS) command, select option 14 to restart server &1. If the server fails to start, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary off the server, and then vary it on again.
