Error clearing cache for server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : While trying to put server &1 into a restricted state, the server was not able to clear the cache. The server is left in a pending state and must be reactivated. Use the Display Job (DSPJOB) command to display any related messages for monitor job &2.
Recovery . . . : When this error is received, the monitor job for server &1 is ended, and the server is put into a pending state. To restart the server, select option 14 on the Work with Network Server Status (WRKNWSSTS) display. If the server fails to start, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary off the server, and then vary it on again.
