Partition error for storage space &2 on server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error code &4 was received while attempting to partition storage space &2 drive &3 on server &1.
Recovery . . . : The monitor job will retry the partition operation. This storage space is not available for use until the partition operation completes successfully as reported by message CPIA422. If this partition operation does not complete successfully, report the problem to IBM service.
