Shutdown error during vary off of network server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Return code &2 received during shutdown processing for network server &1.
Recovery . . . : Vary on the network server and vary it off again using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to ensure the shutdown processing completes normally.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A shutdown request is sent to the OS/2 Administration Application during vary off processing. An error has occurred which prevents this processing from completing normally. The OS/2 Administration Application may be in an unknown state and may not have been able to complete its termination processing. The return codes and their meanings are:
1 - Exception occurred or NetBIOS program error.
2 - Contact unsuccessful on NetBIOS session.
3 - Bad return code on shutdown reply.
4 - Unable to access server.
