Unable to access planning information for target release licensed programs.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to access Upgrade Environment information for planning for target release licensed programs. However, the file member containing the information could not be opened. One of the following occurred:
-- An internal error occurred.
-- The file member was not found.
See previously listed messages in the job log.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Use the RMVM command to remove the member from the file, or use the DLTF command to delete the file. Then use the command STRUPGPRP TYPE(*SFW) to reset or recover the information.
-- Use the command STRUPGPRP TYPE(*SFW) to reset or recover the information.
