Invocation of command processing Program &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The command processing program was not called by one of the following commands: CRTSRVCFG, CHGSRVCFG, DLTSRVCFG, or VFYSRVCFG. These are the only commands which may call the command processing program.
Recovery . . . : Correct the program so that it will not call the command processing program, then try the operation again.
