OptiConnect connection manager internal error - unrecognized resource id &1 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The OptiConnect connection manager received a request to start a new OptiConnect agent job, but the resource ID which is used to identify the agent job name is unrecognized. The request is rejected.
Recovery . . . : This message indicates a problem with the OptiConnect software, possibly due to a change in the I5/OS Licensed Internal Code that requires a corresponding change in the connection manager, which has not been installed. Make sure all PTFs for OptiConnect are applied. If the problem persists, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The OptiConnect connection manager received a request to start a new OptiConnect agent job, but the resource ID which is used to identify the agent job name is unrecognized. The request is rejected. The source system job that requested the connection will receive the reject error and fail.
