When IPXPKTFWD is *NO, IPXRTGPCL cannot be *NLSP.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IPX routing protocol (IPXRTGPCL) parameter value cannot be *NLSP when the IPX packet forwarding (IPXPKTFWD) parameter value is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Change the IPXPKTFWD parameter value to *YES or change the the IPXRTGPCL parameter to a value other than *NLSP.
