Cause . . . . . : For line descriptions, the outgoing connection list (CNNLSTOUT parameter) and connection list entry (CNNLSTOUTE parameter) must be specified when the switched connection type (SWTCNN parameter) is *DIAL or *BOTH. Also, the incoming connection list (CNNLSTIN parameter) must be specified when the switched connection type (SWTCNN parameter) is *ANS or *BOTH.
Recovery . . . : Specify the name of the required connection list, then try the request again.
