Description for device &1 partially changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A time-out occurred while waiting for the device description to be changed. Some device description parameters have been successfully changed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Display the device description to determine whether the object was successfully changed.
-- Display the device description (DSPDEVD command) to determine which job has allocated the device description. Then display that job's job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine the cause of the time-out. Correct the problem and try the request again.
