Network server &1 vary on failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote system's connection, configuration, or status is not valid. The reason code is &2.
Recovery . . . :
-- Check the explanation for the reason code in the technical description of this message.
-- Use the DSPMSGQ command to display the QSYSOPR message queue.
-- Use the DSPLOG command to display the QHST log.
-- Look for messages that indicate the reason for failure.
-- Correct the problem and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following is a list of reason codes and their meanings:
-- 0001: The remote system specified in network server configuration (NWSCFG) object &3 specified in network server configuration (NWSCFG) parameter for network server &1 did not respond successfully or within the specified time.
-- 0002: The remote system specified in network server configuration (NWSCFG) object &3 specified in network server configuration (NWSCFG) parameter for network server &1 is not powered off. Power off the remote system or set the reset system (RESETSYS) parameter on the VRYCFG command to *YES to force a power off.
