Aggregated resource list for line description &1 cannot be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a value on the aggregated resource list (AGGRSCL) parameter for line description &1. The AGGRSCL parameter can only be specified when the line description is varied off.
Recovery . . . : Either remove the AGGRSCL parameter or vary off line description &1, then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When the aggregated resource list (AGGRSCL) parameter is specified on the CHGLINETH command, the line being changed must be varied off.
