Shutdown error during vary off of integrated server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Return code &2 received during shutdown processing.
Recovery . . . :
Check joblog for errors.
Vary on the integrated server and inspect the server for abnormal events which may have cause the improper shutdown.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A shutdown request is requested during vary off processing. An error has occurred which prevents this processing from completing normally. The integrated server may be in an unknown state and may not have been able to complete its termination processing.
Network server description &1 will be ended abnormally. The return codes and their meanings are:
1 - Timeout occurred waiting for a response from the integrated server administration job &1.
2 - Contact failed with integrated administration service.
3 - Contact not established with integrated administration service.
4 - Timeout waiting for shutdown to complete.
5 - Unable to issue shutdown command.
