Cause . . . . . : Fix group &1 at level &2 is in Unknown status because information on one or more of the fix groups related to this fix group could not be determined.
Recovery . . . : Identify the fix group that could not be determined by using one of the following methods, and then ensure that the fix group exists with no errors on this system, and try your request again:
-- Display the fix group properties for this fix group from the Management Central inventory.
-- Use the Work with PTF Group (WRKPTFGRP) command.
