Fix group in error on source system.

Cause . . . . . : You requested to send fix group &1 from source system &2 to this system. The fix group was not sent because it was in error on the source system.
Recovery . . . : Delete the fix group from the source system using Work with PTF Groups (WRKPTFGRP) command and then replace it with one that is not in error.
