Cause . . . . . : You requested an operation on fix group &1. The fix group requires special handling. This system cannot perform the operation for fix groups that require special handling. Fix groups require special handling if they have a special handling date or if they have one or more related fix groups with a special handling date.
Recovery . . . :
Remove this fix group from the operation and try your request again.
You can use option 8 on the Work with PTF Groups (WRKPTFGRP) command display to see a PTF group's special handling date.
