FROMFILE(*NEW) required with VOLNAM parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a value on the VOLNAM parameter. This parameter is only allowed when FROMFILE(*NEW) is specified.
Recovery . . . : Change the value on either the FROMFILE parameter or the VOLNAM parameter, and then try the request again.
