Certificate was rejected by the application supplied exit program or certificate being validated by SSL processing was revoked.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If an exit program was provided on the SSL_Handshake() Application Programming Interface (API) invocation, the exit program returned a value of zero indicating that the handshake processing should fail. If GSK_CERT_VALIDATION_CALLBACK was provided on the gsk_attribute_set_callback() API invocation, the callback program returned a value of GSK_ERROR_CERT_VALIDATION indicating that the handshaking processing should fail. If this error was returned from SSL_Handshake() API, it is also possible that the certificate being validated has been revoked by the Certificate Authority(CA) that signed it.
Recovery . . . : Review the exit program or callback program and determine why the certificate was rejected. If the problem is that the remote end point provided the revoked certificate, then you must configure the remote end point to use a valid certificate. If the problem is that the local end point provided the revoked certificate, then you must configure the local end point to use a valid certificate.
