IPA cannot optimize module &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IPA does not have enough information to support optimization of module &1 in library &2. The reason code is &3. The reason code description is:
-- 1: The module does not contain IL data.
-- 2: The IL data within the module specifies an unsupported target release.
-- 3: The IL data within the module specifies an optimization level of *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Recovery may not be required; this message will only cause IPA to fail if the module contains the program entry point (normally the "main" function) or an exported entry point. To allow IPA to optimize the module, re-create the *MODULE object so that it contains the necessary information or specify a *MODULE object that contains the necessary information. Then, try the request again.
