New journal is needed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The journal was not completely created, or an attempt to delete it did not complete successfully. This error occurs during operations that were attempting to start or end journaling, or were attempting to send an entry to the journal.
Recovery . . . : Try to delete the journal using DLTJRN and then re-create it using CRTJRN. If you are unable to delete the journal (perhaps you received a MCH4806) make sure that all commit transactions for the journal have been either committed or rolled back and make sure that journaling is ended.
After ensuring that all activity on the journal is ended, try to delete the journal again. If you are still unable to delete the journal an IPL may force the journal to a recoverable boundary so that it can be deleted. If after an IPL you are still unable to delete the journal use ANZPRB to report the problem.
