Cause . . . . . : Module &1 was not created using the Create CL Module (CRTCLMOD) command or was not created with the ALWRTVSRC(*YES) parameter specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a module created using the CRTCLMOD command with *YES specified for the ALWRTVSRC (Allow RTVCLSRC) parameter.
