MODE value specified not allowed for file with DEV(*REQUESTER).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device in the communications file is *REQUESTER. You are not allowed to change the MODE parameter to *BLANK or to a specific mode name.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a device name on the DEV parameter, or change the MODE value from *BLANK or the specified mode name to *FIRST or *SAME. Then, try the command again.
