Command not allowed for file &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The type of file indicated by the command is not the type of file which is specified on the FILE parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the command again.
Use the Display File Description (DSPFD) command to display the type of file, and use the change command for that file type.
Change the file or library name so that the specified file is the type indicated by the command.
