Block length &4 less than record length &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The block length must be greater than or equal to &5, which is the largest record length in the file.
Recovery . . . : Change the block length in the BLKLEN parameter to be at least as large as the largest record length in the file. Then, try the command again.
