CHRID command parameter is ignored for this file.

Cause . . . . . : The CHRID command parameter cannot be specified for a program-described display file. If file &1 in library &2 is not a program-described file and the *JOBCCSID or *CHRIDCTL value was specified on the CHRID command parameter, your file was created on a release prior to files being tagged with a CCSID value. Therefore, this file can not support the *JOBCCSID or *CHRIDCTL values. The CHRID command parameter is ignored.
Recovery . . . : If you are trying to use the *JOBCCSID or *CHRIDCTL value on the CHRID command parameter, you must first create file &1 in library &2 at the current release. Then try the request again.
