Allocation system values not used.

Cause . . . . . : Auxiliary storage requirements for the allocation system values exceed the amount of storage that is available. The system minimum values were used to start the controlling subsystem and the console job. The internal system objects used when command language programs are called were not created. Internal system objects will be created as needed, which will affect the performance of calls to control language (CL) programs.
Recovery . . . : Monitor storage used (WRKSYSSTS command) and reduce storage being used, or use the Work with System Values (WRKSYSVAL) command to change these values if they are too large. The current values for the allocation system values are:
-- QTOTJOB &3
-- QADLTOTJ &4
-- QACTJOB &1
-- QADLACTJ &2
