Cause . . . . . : An error occurred using the console to display the sign-on prompt. The setting of the system value, QSCPFCONS, has allowed the system to change to the unattended mode to continue the initial program load (IPL).
Recovery . . . : See the job log of the SCPF job for more information about the cause of the problem.
