System object &1 created again during IPL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was created again for one of the following reasons:
-- If you are installing the operating system, the object was created again as a normal part of the operating system function.
-- If the object is the system value object (QWMSYSVAL), and you did not restore system values from tape when the operating system was installed, you may have installed a release of the operating system that is incompatible with the system value object that was in auxiliary storage.
-- The object was damaged.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The object was created and initialized, but some of the contents may have been lost or changed. If the object was the system value object (QWMSYSVAL), it was created again using all of the system-supplied initial system values and only the following system-supplied initial network attribute values: Alert Status, Alert Log Status, Alert Controller, Message Queue, Output Queue, Job Action, Maximum Hop Count, DDM Access, PC Support Access, Alert Hold Count, Default ISDN Network Type, Default ISDN Connection List, Alert Backup Focal Point, Alert Focal Point to Request, and Alert Filter. Other network attributes will keep their previous values. If the object was the work control block table (QWCBT), all jobs and spool files in the system were lost. If the object was the system control block (QWMSYSCB), then the record of the type of last system ending (normal or abnormal) was lost. If the object was not one of the above, it was initialized with no loss of data.
