Recovery . . . : If the object is a library or subsystem description, do an initial program load (IPL) and specify Y (Yes) on the IPL Options display to go to the Define or Change System at IPL menu. At that menu, change the system value QCTLSBSD to specify an existing subsystem description in an existing library. If the object is QHST or QWCSCPF, it will be built again during the next IPL.
