An unexpected error occurred while converting a time stamp.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An unexpected error occurred while converting a time stamp from local system time to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Due to this error, the information used to convert the time stamp was reset. The return code is &1.
Recovery . . . : Check the underlying values of your time zone object &2 as specified in the QTIMZON system value. Ensure that those values match your prior release's QTIMZON values. If they don't, then contact your service representative.
