Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while processing category &3 due to reason code &4. The error occurred in &5 situation.

Situation Codes:
0010 - While starting this category.
0020 - While stopping this category.
If reason code is a non-zero value it means that none of the IOPs in the system supports the Extended Adaptive Cache Simulator function. Otherwise see the job log for more details about the problem.
Recovery . . . :

See the previous messages and any VLIC logs to determine the cause of the failure. Try collecting data again. If the problem persists, call your service representative.
