Record lock request selected in the I/O control block not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made to read and lock a record from the system resource manager database and an input/output (I/O) control block was passed as a parameter. However, the record was not locked because the SRM key type contained in the control block is not a valid value to lock the record.
Recovery . . . : Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
