Record key not valid for connection request.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made to read records from the system resource manager database indicating a downward path connection starting from resource &3. However, the record key provided for the resource is not valid for this type of downward path connection request. Therefore, no records could be retrieved.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
