Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The System Resource Manager Database was requested to perform a change to object &1 in library &2 with a record key of &3. However, the record in the database was not locked before issuing the change. Therefore, the change cannot be performed.
Recovery . . . : Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
