ENDSYS not allowed when console powered or varied off.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The End System (ENDSYS) command is not allowed because one or more of the following occurred:
-- The system console is powered off.
-- The system console is varied off.
-- The system console is powered off and varied off.
-- No device description exists for the console.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Power the system console on.
-- Vary (VRYCFG command) the system console on.
-- Power the system console on and then vary (VRYCFG command) the system console on.
-- Create the Device Description (CRTDEVD) for the system console if no description exists for the console.
